I've lowered the price once and for all because I've had an epiphany. I want out of the car game.
Up for sale is my 2001 Honda S2000 that I’ve owned for a year. The car runs like a dream in my opinion and is a real head turner. It’s so cliché to hear or say that but driving this car is the closest situation to understanding the plight of a super model walking through a super market. People always ask if the car is a Fiat or a Porsche and I’ve even had an old man in a brand new 150k Porsche give me a honk, thumbs up and a huge grin while taking a Sunday drive down Interstate 4.
The interior is a 6.5 out of 10 due to wear and tear on the seats. The carpet will be steam cleaned (prior to sale) and will clean up just fine. More pics will be added as taken.
Specs:
2001 Honda S2000
Mugen replica hardtop
Soft top delete
Black/red door panels
Black seats
Red carpet
Sony head unit (I still have the OEM cd player and code)
Sony speakers throughout the cabin and tweeters
Exterior:
Originally Silverstone but is now Sargasso green from the 2010 Lexus color line. The engine bay is still Silverstone and actually looks decent that way. All of the jams are now Sargasso green (including the trunk). I had plans to camo the engine bay but never followed through.
Modifications/Updates:
OEM color matched side strakes (not shown in picture)
Rear camber bolt kit
Blox coilover/strut kit
Cross drilled and slotted rotors
Red calipers
18x8.5 front 18x10 rear XXR 521
Nuespeed catback
Aem Intake
ACT clutch 6 puck sprung clutch kit with Fidanza lightened flywheel
New OEM timing belt and tensioner and valve cover gasket/grommmets
Extras:
Any needed touchups from road wear will be handled before delivery of vehicle.
Feel free to ask any questions. I’m only selling this car because it’s the responsible decision to make however if it doesn’t sell then it will stay garaged and modified through the years.
Don’t be alarmed if you are not a fan of the flush look. The camber kit is adjustable to stock specifications and the wheels could easily be sold for 900-1000. The proceeds can be used for wheels with your desired offsets or style. I personally love the aggressive look and the responsiveness. I don’t track the car at all so it never bothered me. I have never launched the car and can honestly say that it has seen 9000 RPMs about 4-5 times. I literally cruise her here and there to keep the oil moving in the engine from being garaged.
Online feature can be seen below with detailed pics. I will work on some interior pics.
Simply Clean feature
To the trade offers: I'm historically not a dick but I'm starting to get annoyed. Please refrain from offering me your cars for trade. I don't want to transition into a civic regardless of the year and model line. Sell it and bring me cold hard cash. Let's not crowd this thread up with too much commentary and trade offers. Thank you.
