Talking FS: '04 Civic LX Coupe w/K20A2

I am interested in selling my wife's 2004 Honda Civic LX Coupe. It is silver and has about 23,000 miles on the chassis. Here are the modifications done to date:

Engine/Performance Mods: RSX Type S engine (K20A2) (about 21,000 miles); Exedy Hyper Single (Stage 3); Quaife limited-slip differential; Driveshaft Shop Stage II axles; Hondata K-Pro; AEM cold air intake; RS*R Ex-Mag exhaust; DC race header; RBC intake manifold; Hondata intake manifold gasket; AEM fuel rail; RC 750cc injectors; Koyo aluminum radiator (brand new); custom steel-braided upper radiator hose; Civic SI electronic power steering; RSX Type S brake booster; RSX Type S brake master cylinder; Mugen carbon fiber ignition coil cover; Mugen oil filler cap

Suspension/Wheel Mods: KW Variant 2 coilovers; Neuspeed front sway bar; Neuspeed front upper strut bar (polished); Neuspeed front lower x-brace; Neuspeed rear sway bar; Hotchkis rear camber arms; Enkei DM5 gunmetal centerpiece with polished lip, 17x7; Kuhmo 711s (brand new); Power Slot front slotted rotors (stock size); Hawk GPS pads (front); steel-braided brake lines (front)

Exterior Mods: Shaved front/rear emblems; shaved rear key hole; OEM color-matched front upper grille (from Civic sedan); OEM EX color-matched side mirrors

Interior Mods: Custom carbon fiber overlay pieces; Momo Silverjet steering wheel; Momo Combat Evo shift knob w/silver insert; Momo shift pedals; Momo door sills w/diamond cut finish; Platinum Plus 20% tint; Blue LED kits for: climate control, cruise control, mirror control, window switch, and map lights

I.C.E.: Kenwood DDX-7015; MB Quart PCE 216s (both front and rear); dynomat throughout entire trunk; custom amp rack (does not include amps); custom fiberglass subwoofer enclosures (does not include subwoofers); Optima deep cycle battery

I have a BRAND NEW ACT pressure plate, Comptech lightened flywheel, OEM clutch disc and OEM throw-out bearing which goes to the prospective buyer. Here are some pics:

Disclaimers: Car is in good condition with the exception of a few surface scratches from normal wear and tear; there is no a/c or cruise control

Kelley Blue Book (private party sale) on the car is $13,915 (in stock form). There is well over $15,000 worth of mods. I am asking $16,000/obo.

** To any potential haters -- please keep your comments to yourself as they are not welcome in my thread. Thanks! **
