Default FS: 2004 M3, consider partial trade for S2000

Hey guys,
I'm selling my 2004 M3 to go to an S2000. Reason I'm selling is to just get into something cheaper, and I plan on doing extensive mods to an S2000, something thats expensive to do to the M3 and something I can't afford with my month to month payments. I bought the car brand new last June. Ordered the car with every available option except for the 19 inch wheels. The car has just under 12k miles and has always been on time at the local BMW service center for services and oil changes. I am asking 50k for the car. I would also consider a trade for an S2000. Here are some pics of the car..... car is in excellent condition with the exception of some scratches on the drivers side wheels.

Would you be interested in trading for a turbocharged Lexus IS300? Car has a almost new $10000 turbo setup and over $15000 in visual modifications.
