Ok number 1, i told him i did not want cash because I didnt feel like counting cash in public, a personal preference. Number 2, when I said the word "clear" for the check, i meant clear as in, I need to make sure the money is backing the check. Plenty of scam artists out there that make fake cashiers checks for a living. I simply asked him for his bank branch info so I could call them and make sure everything was ok and he was reluctant to do so. And number 3, when I finally got the info I needed, I found out his check was only made out for 10k, obviously not the price I was letting it go for, and this to anyone would seem strange.

And yes the price is firm at 15k, which is a steal so please do not shoot me any more offers at 13, 14, etc. You all know wat my car is worth and at this price your essentially getting the turbo setup for free.
Even for casher's check, Bank could still put a hold on it. I know this because I just purchased lagunaS2k's S2K on Saturday. I was with him at the bank when the bank told him they will hold the check for 3 days.

At this point I'm not interested in trades but that is tempting. Maybe a month from now if it's still not sold. Good luck though and that is a beast of a car, you shouldnt have any problem getting rid of it lol.
