It looks like the wheel is more or less aligned how it should be, so I think it's just cosmetic. The two control arms are pretty weak in compression so you may have some suspension damage too. The frame will be fine.
Update: Just got off the phone with GEICO. They are accepting fault. I'll go to one of their centers to get an estimate this Wednesday, and a check.
I hope I won't run into any further problems getting the situation fully resolved. I've heard so many stories about GEICO not liking to write checks...

Dont go to their "recommended" shops! Pick your own shop!
