Apparently I need to set up a wireless network at home since we have internet TV so the modem needs to be in the lounge and we don't want wires all over the place .....

Anyone want to advise me on how to do that?!?!

Exactly, subby. And, I have a Microsoft developers network subscription from work, so pretty much all my s/w is covered by that. PC hardware competition is what makes all the difference. Too bad Apple kept a stranglehold on their hardware platforms.
