Try to find one that doesn't make you suicidal on a daily basis. Then decide on the two issues that you annually won't budge on (even if crying is used as leverage) and just grunt occasionally but non-comittally thereafter.
Then retire to your cave and only come out during the frequent emergencies that may arise.
