I am Peter Pantless, formerly C - Bass, formerly (and originally) Zoechops.

Knowing who I am/was bears no consequence on you.

I changed from Zoechops to C-Bass because I got the name from my great dane; Zoe, who died unexpectedly. It was very sad, and I didn't feel right using her name anymore. the mods were kind enough to let me chnage the name to C-Bass. I departed the corner in 2004 under heavy pressure from my then FP who didn't like me hanging out here. With her gone now, I wanted a fresh start, so here I is as it were.

Isn't that the antithesis to wisdom?
Not necessarily. In the land of the noseless, the nosed man has to smell the farts; but he is also the first to smell bacon. . . sweet bacon.

Thus, it is not a question of smelling one's own farts, but rather, the ability to discern one's own farts from one's own bacon.

Unkie trunkie, just who is Peter Pantless?
While Peter answered rather short-sightedly (IMHO), he's on the right track.

Peter Pantless is nothing more than the summary experience he brings into The Corner. If he is anything more, it's frankly because he chooses to share it. That's that.

I for one, do not want to know on surreal terms, so I'll take the real ones.

Hell, I could answer both of those.

But it's not my thread so....
Quite a moment of decorum.

Peter is alright in my book. . . for now.
