Unkie, why is the S2KI time all borked up?

 

My best guess is there's a descrepancy between how the time is being called out in the scripting language (probably Perl) and the internal clock or NTP service from which the base time is derived.

 

Unkie, why doesn't the city clean the leaves off of the road before they paint lines? Also, why do they waste money cleaning/painting roads when they don't need it, but will not spend the money to gravel/plow the snow this winter?
