Unkie, why is it that 10 minutes ago I felt wiped out, but now that I'm in bed, I feel wide awake?

You're in a lower-stress environment. Or, perhaps (and here I am invoking my gestalt-leaning therapeutic insight - such as it is) you have an association with bed that is lower stress. . . and it's completely backfiring on you with the medication.

You may need to do some guided imagery to get to sleep.

I've been thinking and kinda wonder...when I was drugged up, most of my computer time was spent in bed. That might've been a bad call, because now I think I associate my bed with the computer instead of sleeping? [And of course I'm ing in bed now ]

Definitely gonna do the guided imagery thing. There's one that has always worked - sometimes I have to restart it because it's hard to focus, but it's awesome.

Not necessarily. 15 will get you 20.

The actual answer to this question depends on the severity of the anxiety and/or phobia towards each respective animal.
