I would furthermore suggest you get yourself an ergonomic keyboard and make sure your work areas are the correct height. . . and make sure you're holding objects in a natural, comfortable manner.

so yeah I've had it in BOTH WRISTS due to the job I did for tooooo many years yeah I said JOB

Actually had surgery on the right hand but when I was scheduled to clear the left wrist's tunnel I discovered I was PREGO so no can do

never went in for it after the fact butt if this keeps up I may consider it it hurts like a SOB
