Saw not one but 2 vehicles on the HWY today with a rear plate that was Black with WHITE letters, I do NOT see that as an option on the DMV's site but see some links to a similar design but they seem to be novelty how are people getting those as a plate?

The “stickers” are built-in/hard-coded. I can also imagine that if you don’t renew, they turn the plate, “off.”

Sam is not a fill-in. He’s like the fries at Five Guys: yeah, you want the UT burger, but let’s face it, you’re miffed if they don’t give you those extra fries.

Seems weird to me but

Sam is not a fill-in. He’s like the fries at Five Guys: yeah, you want the UT burger, but let’s face it, you’re miffed if they don’t give you those extra fries.

I've never had a 5 Guys burger or their fries I DO remember the sacks of potatoes all over and I think peanut shells on the floor that was at one in WA
