Yep. It uses thrust vectoring to lift the back of the plane and the fan for the front. Hence the two columns I refer too above.

The Boeing prototype (and of course the Harrier) use only thrust vectoring and have one column.

All three of the above planes use minor conduits of thrust vectored to the side to provide minor columns. These provide stability and manueverability.
