C-6 had to get some special wood ( Baltic Birch ) for his Amp building and only place is in Upland to find it.
Drove by this place Padua Pasta Makers near there and I will defiantly be making a drive up there again to check them out!
Surprised they don't do ravioli but the rest of the menu looks

I like fresh pasta, not a fan of the green or black pasta though. I also like dried pasta because I like my spaghetti al-dente (slightly firm) and you can't get that with fresh pasta.

I baked some thick cut bacon today for sandwiches, nice and dry and a bit crispy, all of the fat drips away. Quite good and not much fat remains once it is baked.
