something else to think about alex...... you may consider picking up some JDM pistons to go with your spoon gasket, that'll put you at 12:1 without having to bore or sleeve 
also - if these are the same spoon cams as before, I believe the intake lift is 12.5 mm and I think the spoon gasket only lowers the head 3 mm (is that right?) so you have plenty of room.....

You're STILL wrong!
The spoon head gasket lowers the head by 0.29mm (0.46 vs 0.75mm), so ya, plenty of room
The JDM pistons are a definite possibility. I'll consider it.
