I wouldn't buy the Z for it's looks... it's hot though according to specs.

I'm glad Nissan's back! I'm getting the feeling that the Z is a love-it-or-hate-it style, but I hope they do well. I also wanna see the Mazda RX back -- I'm worried about the rear suicide doors tho...

I'm w/ you, Martin. I never liked the new Z-car's looks... THe rear just looks way too awkward.

The front bumper corners have too much negative space.

The whole car seems rather heavy to me (neighbor is selling his for first offer over $38K...can you believe that? Good luck buddy.)
The rear exhaust is HUGE for stock pipes. The car has an excellent sound, and I think the interior is really nice, but I actually think the storage space in a (here we go) STOOK is more practical...the 350Z has an enlarged TV dinner tray for a trunk....hatch or no hatch.

I've only seen it in photo's so far. They haven't released them here yet.
I still don't mind the look, until I see one in person I guess I won't really know. I hope it's not to much like the Audi, I really can't stand the look of that thing.

Yeah I haven't seen one yet...only pics.

Carlo what do you mean by "negative space".

At least the car doesn't go the "retro" design way that some cars of late do (poss example: TT). Means "10 years from now you'll have the automotive equivalent of a 'mullet'". (LOL Heard that on a Mitsu commercial this morning ).

I'm afraid to ask, but what's a "mullet?"
