I'd like to think that I'd use a scale, but the reality is, I won't. Can't seem to commit to anything beyond not smoking. If my username/password for the livestrong site wasn't saved, I'd have no idea what it was, since I haven't been to the site since I signed up.

Meh... I just want to know if depriving myself of all that is good and worth eating makes a difference... when I've done diets in the past, I've usually gained weight.

I've never been disciplined enough to be on an actual diet. I'm certain the only reasons I've lost so much weight is because I've been more active and weight loss is a side effect of the meds. Don't remember the last time I weighed this little...which is probably a good thing when I start to pack on the no-smoking pounds down the road.

Biking to work 3 days a week, hockey 3+ nights a week... can't lose an ounce.

shareall!

Here are some snacks that I enjoy :
- Walnuts
- Cheese and Crackers
- Choc. Soy Milk
- Chopped up Strawberries
- Dried Pinapples
- Make a trail mix with some nuts, dried bananas, some chocolate, granola, and dried mangos.
- I like Bunny Grahams (yes they're really called that!) and Summer Strawberry Fruit Snacks from Annie's. http://www.annies.com/products

That's all I can think of right now... I found some yummy and healthy snack ideas here: http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes/se...recipeTypeId=11

I hope this helps!
