Not down with the soy milk, even if it is chocolate. Been trying to get fresh raspberries and strawberries - loooove them.
Funny you should mention that trail mix. The local bulk food store has one that's similar - except it's probably not very healthy since it has both white and semi-sweet chocolate chips, coconut, and other chocolate candy in it. Thanks for the suggestions!

That will definitely be interesting. Good for you for tracking your calories. I didn't make it past the first day.

ok a week of being lazy and eating whatever i want has caused a 5lb weight gain, back to counting calories now vaca is ova

No, that's OK. Realistically, if I lost 13 lbs that'd be my lowest weight since college when I was considerably smaller.
