walking is great but have you thought about something with more intensity?
I ride and I eat pretty much whatever I want and never gain any weight.
the problem is you burn so much calories that you're constantly hungry - a big problem if you have a busy day.

Honestly, I would love to be back playing tennis, but unfortunately it's not an option for me at the moment.
Other than that, I've been trying (without success
) to get my butt to the school gym, since it's free. When I lived out west and rode, I was in the best shape of my life (even with smoking!), so perhaps I should start to seriously prioritize.










Sadly there's no shortage of unhealthy snacks.
