I can't live without carbs anyway. Chances are when the fall comes around, I'll have to do my walking in the evening, so maybe that'll give me some leeway.

Good for you!!!! When I quit I drank a lot of coffee and ate hard candy - not so healthy but better than smoking.

Thankfully I don't like coffee. Now that you mention it, I should make a trip to the bulk food store and stock up on those sugar free candies.
