I know...it's not like it's a minor thing! Morons!

 

Moronic behavior runs rampant here... my department sent a package international overnight with $5000 insurance on it last thursday... well, our ****ing cuntrag shipping bitch decided it wasn't that important, so it's still sitting on our shipping dock. I'm calling england asking why it's not back, and it hasn't even left . What's worse is if we say anything to her boss, she gets extremely vindictive, and nothing ever gets sent... she basically blacklists people she doesn't like. And she's union, so we can't ****ing fire her, not to mention she's african american so HR wouldn't allow it either...

And this company wonders why it can't compete...

 

I think comapnies should be able to hire and fire anyone they want.

 

I think I should be able to shoot anyone I want without repurcussion.

We've got an extremely dysfunctional company... multiple unions, an HR that is almost all women and mostly african american running a company that is 90% white male, multiple redundant layers of management filled with people afraid to make a decision, etc etc etc...

And me, of course...
