Is it Friday yet?

 

No... today sucks.

 

I woke up thinking it was....took a shower thinking it was Friday....turned on the TV...and got the bad news

 

this whole getting monday off really screwed me up...

 

Be happy its a short week!

 

I'm gonna shoot someone today. Stupid focking people!!!!!!!

 

Sweet... I managed to cover up for other people's incompetence yesterday, so nobody died...

 

For some reason, this doesn't even seem to work in employment at will states like Washington?!

 

Yeah... I talked about the aforementioned woman with a few coworkers last night. One of them referred to her as "the stupidest person I've ever met" and i know he's met some pretty stupid people. He also had devised a method to circumvent her entirely. It's sad that someone needs to come up with a complicated method to bypass someone because she is too inept to do her job. One of the other guys also told me he had overnighted a package to canada on a tuesday, and the following monday he picked it up off her desk and took it with him on the plane because she hadn't done anything with it. Her ineptitude almost ruined the test (which would have cost the company several thousand dollars)...

Yet the second someone complains, HR would come to her rescue, saying we were racists and sexists and just trying to get the minority out so we could hire another white guy... In our reviews, we're rated on performance - consistently failing basic job tasks and hindering the work of other people seems like it should be grounds for termination, yet she's going on 4 years .
