Netsky is one of those that propogates itself via email and through files it copies onto shares on your PC. I just did research on it yesterday becasue one of our locations was hit by it. Someone downloaded an attachment through an online email account and executed the file before virus definitions were out. It's actually not that bad of a virus as compared to others as long as your email server is protected.

I do not get many e-mail viruses.. but I got the worm virus a few months ago in '03, and it totally screwed up my comp.. even when I followed the instructions layed out on websites, I am still encountering some problems and missing files.

 

Yahoo's got a great spam filter that holds files until you want to delete them. If I believed what I saw there my sex life would be better than ever just by clicking . . .
