You have plastic washers with the hood bolts.

You can adjust those, instead of your hood.

I would try that instead of messing with the hood mounting brackets.
So what if one side was higher than the other? Woudl you use different washers?

1. you drill into your hood latches (that are connected to the car near the windshield) and make the holes bigger so you can move the bolts around.... just make sure you have big enough washers...

2. ajusting your hood lock latch..
i'm hoping that it fits well... if it does i'll take it... if it doesnt i'm not comitted to buying it

You could add, or take away.

You could smoothe where the hood will fit. IE the holes for the bolts where the mounting brackets mate up with the hood.
That was done to my 96 accord when I put a CF hood on it.

I'll just stick with the aluminum hood.
