1. you drill into your hood latches (that are connected to the car near the windshield) and make the holes bigger so you can move the bolts around.... just make sure you have big enough washers...

You could smoothe where the hood will fit. IE the holes for the bolts where the mounting brackets mate up with the hood.
That was done to my 96 accord when I put a CF hood on it.
