Corona Virus ( not a joke )
No, not in Sac(ramento) but just 50 to 60 minutes up Hwy 50
We know a lot of back roads that don't get plowed and if the snow isn't to deep we can push right though. My limit is 2 1/2 to 3 feet deep for powder and about a foot less for sierra cement.
Oh, and I tested neg. this morning. If I test neg. tomorrow we might hit the snow a day early.

got it. I’m pretty sure I had it in the spring but didn’t bother testing. Just followed protocol.
@shareall did I will clarify that I liked that your thinking just a cold NOT that you had covid

we've managed to avoid it since it arrived but we were careful, now its odd to hear of people getting it again but I feel the vax will help keep it away
Think i had covid for first time 3 weeks ago in UK,yes 8 days seemed correct,a phlegm cough for few weeks after also.
Worst tasting phlegm i have ever had

And don't forget there are therapeutics that can lessen the effects of Covid plus help you from getting long Covid. My sense of smell has never got back to 100% after I had Covid, I would say I recovered 75 - 80% . Still have phantom smells from time to time, almost always when I'm mentally tired and just now and then when I'm tired from to much work.
I have family that work in the ICU wards of hospitals and I find it strange that there are people that have had Covid three times and wound up in the ICU every time and won't get a vaccine. Must like playing with fire.
When I came down with Covid the only symptom I had was a dry cough and that was enough for me to test myself for Covid. I went and got therapeutics(I had to get the IV) the next three days and the only thing other than the cough was a headache that lasted for around 12 hours. I lost most of my smell around two weeks after I was all over with Covid, or so I thought.
