The only positive change I've made is being better about planning meals so we don't have to make as many costco/grocery trips. A lot less dining out (take out from our favorite restaurants, during this) has really been noticeable on the credit card statements.

Everything else is worse.

 

I get so much more sleep and exercise. Feeling healthier lately. Happy about the break (hope not more than 2 months though)

Agreed. This morning on the radio they were talking about past harms when science has rushed to get a vaccine. Add to that reported false negative tests and we’ve got a fairly complicated situation. This is why I’m not a scientist.

 

I think mostly the human connection stuff. I have a friend who lives alone and is very social so she is really struggling right now. It’s so difficult to not be able to hug the ones you love when they need it most.
We’re definitely not eating out as much which is great for the budget and the waistline but I’m certain once we’re able to we’ll revert to our past habits.

The +1’s birthday is tomorrow and it sucks it’s just going to be the two of us. Got me thinking about how I always celebrate my birthday somewhere different...Looks like this year it might be camping on some logging road?

 

THINK of how excited you'll be next year to throw him a proper party I'm sure his having YOU there is all he needs right now

HECK this things even got mom considering possibly bringing back the momBBQ next year in celebration

 

He’s so sweet - he’s already said he’s going to have a great birthday so I hope he does.
