I went in with a pretty open mind on analyzing the debate... after 20 minutes, I gave up, regardless of what was said, Bush is a lousy speaker when the words aren't crafted for him. 4 years ago, I was scared as hell of sending someone like that into a meeting with Iran, China, or NKorea... and I still am.
If I were a world leader, I'd get pretty pissed if someone couldn't pronounce my name -- at least closely. Is that petty?
Then again, I've never had anyone mispronounce "Charlie."
