Hey WSB or anyone else except Mikey - I have a question for you..... do you know IE really well????

I've got a weird happening I can't figure out. Ever since I reloaded my computer some ad blocker is in effect. I turned off pop up blocker and security and still no ads. I know this sounds silly cause who wants ads. BUT... I also miss lot's of stuff on web sites. like on My Space I can't see my comments I don't have links from sites sometimes either.

Any ideas????

Nancy,

There's a pulldown in the more recent IE versions. Go to the Tools -> Pop up blocker. That should be what you're looking for.

I think you're the first person I've ever heard of who actually wants pop-ups.

I already have pop up blocker off. I like some pop ups like when I'm shopping on line and I click on something, I like to see it. But this is more than that.... for instance I was shopping for tires thru a friends web site - he had a link to Tire Rack so I could buy and he'd get credit. there was no link on my computer. I went to another computer and was able to get the link. It's really weird. I've checked all my IE settings. I was hoping that someone else had run into this and had a soluntion.

BTW - I get no ads, even this site. Plus stuff is unavailable on My Space!

What investment? A 7 chassis is $20-35k and an F20C w/ tranny can be had for about $5k. If you have $10k for a bike...
The investment is the cost of the car PLUS the $$$ to build the garage to build it in.

Try Tools->Internet Options, and look at the Privacy page.

Good luck, Nancy.

Hmmm...would rather OWN my shop space (better long-term investment), but I would look into renting space if I had to. The other issue is that I still need to build the garage to have a place to store the Caterham...
