Yeah, in the Advanced tab of the IE Properties, there's a button 'Restore Defaults.' That may work, but you can give this a shot. It repairs your registry.

Nancy, try Tools->Internet Options and this time go to the Advanced tab. If you scroll down to the bottom, there's a bunch of security-related check boxes... Maybe one of these is your culprit. I wonder if there's a way to reset all these things to "factory defaults."??
