Doctor Bob had sex with one of his patients. Afterward, he was overcome with guilt, knowing this violated every norm of medical practice, ethics, and the law. A calming, comforting voice from within kept saying "Bob, you're not the first doctor to have sex with a patient and you won't be the last. Let it go." However, another voice, noticeably more strident and irritating, occasionally chimed in, definitely bringing him back down to earth "Bob, you're a vet."
