Default Easy question for anyone who has a manual handy (turning off Check Engine Light)

I just had the oil changed and they didn't turn off the CEL. Anyone remember how or have a manual handy? I never think of it when I'm at home (where my manual is).

Thanks all.
JD

what you have to do is put the key into the ignition, and i belive it is you have to hold down the select and +- buttons at the same time and turn the kep all the way and keep holding until the light goes off....is its not that sequence of keys i forget which ones it is...lol i havent dont it in a while

1. Put key in ignition
2. Push trip reset button, continue to hold button for 10 seconds
3. Turn key to next position
4. Hold button for approx 10seconds or until light stays off

The secret is holding the reset button and turning the key to the next position. It does not sepcify that in the manual.
