Face Book
Awhile back I saw a photo of a guy who looked like he was flaked out on a beach. The same picture, only at a wider angle, showed that he was in some city, stretched out on top of concrete block rubble.
1. I've mostly managed to block ads, and it doesn't really improve the experience. IG's algorithm is awful, it defaults to showing me the same 2 or 3 people's posts from like 2 weeks ago. Granted I only go on once every 2 or 3 weeks. I liked the old linear method, but I guess that wouldn't work for people who followed a lot of people.

I'm only a year older and am in a similar headspace. I feel like more and more I'm retreating from technology (except s2ki obviously :P ). I love where I live (30 acres that border on a river with world class salmon fishing...not that I fish
) and would be verrrrrrrrrrrry hard pressed to move back into town.
....Although I also heard the young folk are now saying facebook is for old people.
