FACT or CRAP ?

CRAP

The lucky gladiators who survived and lived to retire became rich and famous. Not the easiest way to make a fortune, but for some it was the only way.

Keeping a 40-percent-charged laptop in the fridge for an extended time will slow down a battery's aging process, and extend its life expectancy.

FACT or CRAP ?

I should know this.

Almost definitely crap. Though the specific thing about 40% makes me think one of their writers is a sucker and has a stack of batteries in his/her fridge.

I would think crap. If it is fact, they'd just make it part of the battery manufacturing process.

Then again, these questions are all crap, and it may be fact.
