I'm going with sort of fact based on El Jefe's answer. I think that they probably developed something like that but I think that the number of tanks produced might be the trick part of the question.

If I get this one right, I'm done. Semantics and whatnot, but this was part of a planned invasion, except wading tanks were never actually used. So the first half is factual (it was more than 200, but whatever), but the second half is not.

Your call. I was saying "fact" to the tanks being sealed up in an attempt to drive them to England for an invasion but I was thinking that it was a trick question with 200 being the number of tanks.
