Not even close. Ninety-four percent of Americans speak English. China has the lowest percent of English-speakers, at less than 1 percent.
The only country in the world where 100 percent of the population speaks English is American Samoa.Ain't that nice! <

It doesn't change the answer, really, but the question and answer are not related. The question relates to quantity, the answer is given as a percentage. It might just be to weasel their way out of putting actual numbers down, which would prevent them from reusing the same crappy questions year after year, but it's still invalid.

Since it's invalid, no chalk marks for anyone who got it "right".
