The Doc says:

consuming an abundance of low-sugar, vitamin-rich caffeine-free liquids, thus flushing the system and bringing about a speedy recovery.

The Doc says:

I am perplexed... You ask about the weather in Cambridge, but your Avatar related information loctes you in Japan, Type 'R' Heavan to be exact. Is the Cambridge of which you speak located on the Japanese Isle? Is it Cambridge, Massachusettes? Cambridge, England? Furthermore, Southern California is not blanketed by the exact same weather every day. Geographically, the weather can differ drastically. Victorville, for example, could be considered Southern California. Victorville is in the high desert. This means outrageously hot days, quite chilly evenings, and wind that would rival the Gods. Pt. Mugu, on the other hand, is also Southern California. In Pt. Mugu, there hasn't been a reported sighting of the sun in over a decade, thus earning it the nickname ' Pt. Gloom' from its Naval occupants. Malibu is nice, if you don't mind rebuilding your house every summer after the inevitable spring mudslides. Lest we forget the random brush fires that are sure to demonstrate themselves every summer. If your are in Japan, then you'll be right at home with the earthquakes that tend to jar the region (I having experienced my first earthquake at the age of 10, from the 35th floor of the New Otani hotel in Tokyo).

To better answer your question, I would need more information as to your georgaphical location, and wwhich type of Southern California weather you would like to experience.
