No, it's just new policy. Since we make new employees do it, they figured since I've got a new contract, why not have me do it, too (kind of a "look, we don't give our management breaks, either") I'm fine with it, really.

That's not bad. I was just wondering if they made you do them like twice a year or something.
I had to take one with my company when I got hired full time even though I had already taken one as a temp. Just their policy. After I've taken one as a core employee, it's only upon suspicion. Who would ever think I do anything like that?!?
