I guess the law is AIMING to do good, but how can you stop someone from driving if they are intent on doing so ??
We have taken the keys from a friend before, so that he couldn't drive, and he became violent and started lashing out at people, it makes you wonder whether it is really worth it .....

Morning James.I think it is aiming to do good but they didn't think to much about it. The trouble is if you have made an attempt to stop someone but they still leave how do you prove that you've made a sufficient attempt?
