That's total BS, Mom. Tell him to take a hike. You need to deal with another contractor. The guy is a ripoff artist. Don't touch him with a 6-foot pole. I deal with contractors all the time in my work, and there are bad apples. $6,000 for fill material. I give it away to get rid of it. That guy should be nowhere around your house -- ever!

Don't worry RB were not gonna use them obviously... we will have our that did stuff for us in Beaumont come, our main job of hardscape , trenching for irrigation & drainage etc was done by our friend who did both the Lake Elsie yard and the Beaumont one, he's a bigger job type but took care of us. The one from Beaumont's crew did the Bark and DG install, also planted some plants for us. I just don't like making him come from Beaumont so thought I'd get a bid from one of the ones that we were inundated with cards at move in time. They hit all the new homes I have no email yet even from this guy but assume it too will be too much.

We did have to add fill dirt on the start of the yard which we had delivered from So Cal Mulch for a very low price & the crew disbursed it for a fair price.

Did you feel the quake? Nick did

No, we didn't feel it. We usually do.
