Its a decent phone. Best speakerphone feature of any verizon phone, good high speed data transmission rate, good bluetooth reception, and a nice long battery life.

I went with the RAZR V3M instead of the LG, even though I love LG phones, mainly because of the V3M is 1/2 the thickness and has the same battery life, so it makes for a good pocket phone. I didn't like having to wear the belt clip with my LG before, and it was kinda bulky to wear with anything other than baggy pants.

I guys/gals are referring to the new LG Env correct when comparing phone right. Only reason I say that is because besides the old VX8800 and PDA's all the other use T9 text function no?
