Just ate another Honeybell orange they are so good and juicy. They actually send a bib in the package to wear while you are eating them. My move is to cut them in a bowl then you have the juice leftover after you eat the orange.

For lunch we picked up fresh Italian buns, with sliced prosciutto cotto (cooked Italiam ham) and sliced turkey.

During our visit to the bakery today I picked up a package of pre-formed and pre-cooked polenta (yellow corn meal) it comes in a tube. It looks gross . I slice it up into discs and bake it in the oven , you can top it with anything you like once baked, I like cheese on it, you could put salmon slices on it or deli meat, anything that you like. I supposed you can pan fry it too. I never eat the entire tube though so some of it goes to waste.
