She's right. That's a shit hole of a terminal. Not as bad as Newark but pretty close.

I had never had an O/D trip, I always connected. It's not horrible as a connecting airport. Not great, but not horrible.

We stayed at the Hyatt that's right next to it (not the Grand Hyatt that's in it). Figured we'd have no issues getting in. We were wrong.
