New car interest rates range from 0-1.9%. Used car rates are 2.49 and up. I don't like 2.49 and up even though I'm not financing for a long period of time.

I just (okay, on Friday) bought some new clothes...including 3 dresses. Anyone who knows anything about me knows that's highly unusual!

Finally caved after 3+ months of not buying car parts, bought some of those premium floor mats, a new header, some interior bits, a thermostat and some maintenance stuff

It's funny how 2.49 sounds like a high rate... when I was younger new cars were 5-7 and used cars were 8-12. That sucked (and kept me from buying cars ).

I purchased some rides for my Metrocard. NYC Transit fares went up $0.25 from $2.50 to $2.75.
