We test drove one and my wife did not like the seats at all, they were not comfortable, so we passed on it. I love my 22 WRX though and I would take that over any SUV any day of the week, still very practical for a car.

Book of stamps, which recently went up in price, and some gasoline.

I thought the Crosstrek was more functional and practical for what I needed right now,so that's what made me choose the Crosstrek. Going from 400hp to 1/2 was a bummer but a week in now and I'm ok with the choice. (For now)

Two different propane blowtorches. When your SO sends you a link to a blowtorch, you buy a blowtorch. Or two.

Also some sunglasses, various things to deal with basement water ingress (still), and lots of airfare.

Every few months we go to a local meat packer and stock up on meat for the freezer - $300 worth today - bacon, pork chops, chicken wings, chicken breasts, rib eye steaks, chicken drumsticks, two racks of ribs. Should last us a few months in the freezer.

I just bought a winter hat with the name of my favourite soccer team name on it. Amazon was giving away $50 gift cards for anyone applying for a credit card so my hat was free, with some money left over on my gift card.
