I just got an iPod

No I've embraced the horror. 
Actually I feel the same about cars... it's a love hate relationship. When things are going well and you get to use as desiged (Comp or Car) I LOVE them... when they go sour I hate them. And they all go sour.

I like it a lot. I took it to San Diego this weekend but used my Creative more. That's because I haven't loaded up all the songs I want on it.
My Creative is 30 GB and the iPod is 20... other than that the iPod beats the C in most ways. iPod interface is WAY better. I like the Creative SW App for the pc as much or better than iTunes but that's mostly because I don't really download much music. I'd far rather buy the CD and rip. Lot of reasons for that... in the end I'm better off that way too since I can play mp3s on any player. If I'd been collecting off another site I'd be hosed with the iPod now.... or vice versa.
I don't like the idea of a battery I can't change. Yes I know I can send it in for $$$ but the creative battery is WAY cheaper and can be ordered on line.
I look forward to the possibility of connecting to my car which is way better with the iPod but in truth i haven't spent much time looking into it.
