Ya, there was a compression leak on the GNX's #6, and that was potentially a very expensive fix. I traded it in for the '72 SS, but with a free set of Cragar wheels and big fat Goodyears.

What's the SS got in the motor is it done up cam, headers etc. or basically stock?

I've had to buy a PCV, a pair of breathers, a thermostat, and install a radiator overflow tank, but I'm REAL happy with the Camaro. It's my new daily driver.
