Thing with the UK is you never know exactly what you are paying in taxes, it is all just lumped into the price that the dealer quotes you .... here on the other hand, you haggle with the dealer over the price and THEN they add the taxes on ..... so you really get to see how much money the government are taking out of the deal !!!
I honestly think you do Charlie ..... your car prices are lower, your gas prices are WAY lower and your house prices are lower ...... but on the down side there a millions of bloody Americans over there .....
