But they never call it pasta. It's always spagetti, ziti, rigatoni etc. and it's not ricotta cheese it's pronounced rigotha, and it's not manicotti it's monigots'. I could go on and on but I will spare everybody.........

That's "Gnocchi." It comes from the Homeric Greek word "Gnothe," which means "to think" -- it's brain food.
