I think perhaps the distance gives us a wonderful imagination though. You know the grass is always greener and such. Like buying a lottery ticket and having fun imagining what it would be like if we won... Would it be different if we were actually on the other side of the fence?

 

Oh, and you are welcome CHIX, you seem very intelligent and fun I would hate to see that go to someone undeserving especially with all the kind words that have been said about you on this board.

That's a nice size. The condo I'm renting is about 1140 and that's more than enough room for one. The extra 740 or so would be perfect for 2 people. How do you like being a home owner? I've been pondering that move for a while, but need to sort out my financial situation first. Besides, I'm happy renting where I am right now.

 

It's good I guess. You get to do what you want. It is $$$ expensive though. I am always buying something or changing something out. I am finishing some painting now, then need to change out the dishwasher, put together my grill etc...I could go on and on. It really does take alot of work and when there is just me (and my two little children ~my cats~) it takes alot.

I didn't mean looking on the other side of the fence when in a relationship. If I CHOOSE to be with someone that is a pretty big step for me, I don't shun it but I have gotten pretty picky over the years and I have also been burned pretty bad so... If the choice is made then that is who I am with period, because I have put a lot of thought into it and I am sure.

I take it from your biting your tongue that you got burned by a jerk at some point. *hugs* It sucks but what does not kill us....etc and my favorite: Everything happens for a reason. Oh wait and... "This too shall pass.."
